When you say regular maintenance, can you specifically let us know? Have you done transmission fluid, brakes, etc.? I am at 85k, and have only changed oil, air filters, wiper blades, and one set of tires. Thanks

My vibe has 162,000 on it and still going strong. I bought it in October of 2002. I don't drive it anymore...my husband does. I had to get a bigger car..... I drive a 2006 GMC Envoy XL now. But I still get into the Vibe every once in a while now...I still LOVE it. We are still planning on keeping the Vibe until the wheels fall off. My husband drives 100 miles round trip a day in it. Still going strong!!!!

when I traded my '03 in last May I had almost 80,000 (bought with 9 miles on it) - the '04 that I got when I traded the '03 in, had 15,000 on it and I'm up to 46,000 now
I bought my Vibe on July 12th, 2005. Your basic Auto trans. model. It now has almost 9300 miles on it. No, not 93K miles; 9300.The mileage sucks so bad, (compared to what I was expecting, at least; and what the lying b@stard salesman promised me...) I either don't drive it, unless I HAVE to, or I drive my 1988 Toyota Celica. (MUCH better mileage.....!)And the dealership has been a SUCH a BIG help: basically, their story is that if there are no computer fault codes, nothing could POSSIBLY be wrong. After getting this story from them twice, the third time I brought it in, they gave me the same load of cr@p. I'm afraid when I returned their Buick loaner, it now gets VERY poor mileage. And IT doesn't have any computer error codes, either. So obviously NOTHING is wrong with it, either. My estimate is about 6-8 miles to the gallon. The car is a salesman's demo, (the same salesman who told me about a dozen lies while selling me my Vibe). He drives it to and from work every day so now HE'S eating high fuel costs. Kharma, you know.
Our '04 Fusion Orange (Hers), bought in '05 w/8,000 miles, has about 27,000 on it now (not bad). The new '07 Moonstone (His) has got about 300 miles on it so far. a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank">

Amateurs! My 2003 just hit 130,000 miles today on the way to work! Haven't had a single problem the entire time, either. I've changed the tires, done pretty regular oil changes (synthetic, Mobil 1 Extended Life, the 15,000 or 150,000 or whatever version), and that's pretty much it. Was going to change the timing belt until I found out it was a chain. Too afraid to flush the transmission or anything because of what I've heard about problems arising after that happens. Still running pretty much as good as the day I bought 'er... which is great because I'm still paying the dang thing off.
Just passed 50k km (or 30k miles) yesterday. (My son was shocked that I actually pulled over to snap this pick...definitely a Vibe moment ).It is a 5 speed 2005 Vibe bought new in May 2005.
EEK! ima hit 45,000 mi. by tomorrow... my poor vibes been through ___ and back. but sadly it will be replaced in the near future.
