How many miles on your Vibes?

I've had my Vibe for almost a month now and have nearly 3500 miles on it. I guess driving 35 miles to school and then back again mon. thru fri. and working a part time job delivering pizza tends to rack up the miles.

18,000 km = 11,250 miles in 4.33 months
Key West Fl trip was 10,000 km = 6,250 miles.
Nothing wrong to report. It is shaping up to be more reliable than the Honda's and Acura's!

Right around 12,000 miles this weekend. Time for the oil to be changed. Had it since June 29 /02. Longest trip so far is to Reno, Nevada from here in San Jose, Ca. Just Love it.
I think Tahoe is next.

A better question, at least from my point of view, would be "How many Smiles has your Vibe given you?" I smile the minute I open the garage door and catch the first glimps of it.

As for miles, only 900 or so. Got it late november. Less than 5 miles to and from work, and only 3 days a week. And as a college prof, school was closed Dec. 15th through Jan 15th. Yep, it's a tough life.

I am almost ashamed to say--I just broke 20,000 miles today. My father has been ill and I have had a 300 mile round trip twice a week plus my 80 mile round trip work commute 5 times a week.....Poor wittle Vibe....

But since my dad is doing much better now, I won't have that long trip twice a week....and since we just bought my hubby a new truck, he won't be "stealing" my Vibe every chance he gets.....

I bought mine in October with 7,500 or so miles already on it.....
Poor wittle Vibe needs a vacation.....I think I'll "steal" my husband's truck for a while to give Da Vibe a break.....

When I filled up today, the odometer read 51309 km = 31882 mi

If this is an endurance race, I think I'm winning. I put on 130 miles per day, 5 days a week, just to get to work & back home.

I've owned it for 10 months and 2 days.

I split my driving between my Vibe and my Xterra. ("VX")

As of May 8th, 2003:
Xterra has 34000 miles since Jan 2001
Vibe has 10500 miles since March 2002.

I drove my Vibe off the lot yesterday with a total of 7 miles on it. The seats were still wrapped in plastic. I drove it home and now have 30 miles on it.

The dealership we bought it at keeps stock on the roof. Thats where my car was. It had driven from off the loading truck to on the roof and back down.

Before I drove it off they did that. I test drove it with plastic. I also have a coupon for my first oil change free and a detail and wash and gas up when I do that. I'm fairly pleased with the dealership, they bent over backwards for me and my husband. A two car deal is difficult to get financed, even with spectacular credit.

I have around 16,000 after the first year. I don't like putting so much mileage on the car but I love driving it. Now with the CAI installed I'll use any excuse to go for a drive.

Who has problems? I have heard of one person but they don't know if it's the CAI even causing the problems. I know of a lot of people here and at matrixvibe.net that have had them on for months with no problems.

Who is online
