The Army tests the vibe as a replacement vehicle for the hum vee(HUMOR)

The army has now decided that it's hum vees are out dated and to get new recruits they need a hot new tactical vehicle, GM and Department of Defense have teamed up to come up with this concept

I'd rather have a 40 mm granade luancher on top. I like to see things go boom.

you're talking about a MK 19(pictured here http://www.au.af.mil/au/awc/systems/dvic561.jpg), another good choice of weapon but the m2 50 cal machine gun is one of the oldest weapons in the army's arsenal and has not been modified nor replaced since it came out in WWI...i'll take it any day.

A lift kit and some muddin' tires on there and it would be ready for the 2006 SEMA show. I always liked the GAU 19. .50 Caliber ammunition plus a handy 2000 round per minute rate of fire comes in handy on those bad days on the freeway. http://global-military.info/weapons/gau.html
