Ouch! Lucky in one way with minor damage on your fender after all.Nice pics, it tells me how many holes hold the plastic cladding on this part of our Vibe and how much dirt can be trapped under it!!! Now thinking about waxing this before it's too late.

Do not remove your hood insulation. I`ve been told that in case of fire on engine compartment, this insulation will fall over the engine (of course) and help extinguish the fire... It sound realistic but may be someone of us (any firemen listning) could tell us more about that fabric if it's true.

Ça va faire toute une différence avec ta Cavalier...L'attente en vaut la peine, surtout équipée comme la tienne sera. Vois ça d'un bon côté ton attente, elle ne touchera pas à la neige avant un certain temps... J'ai commandé la mienne en juillet et reçue en janvier !!!

J'ai aussi actionné l'AC cet hiver dans le même but. Essayez-le et dites-moi si je rêve ou que ce n'est pas "si froid" que ça! Disons que je n'ai jamais eu de climatiseur auparavant mais que dans ceux que je connais c'était plus froid que dans ma Vibe.

Also noticed that it was a black tape applied with took delivery of my Vibe last January... there was 2 small "bubbles" on my driver's side windows mount and dealer took note of that. The tape will be changed as soon as they will be back on service (dealers in Quebec city area are on locko...

Whichever you take, don't forget to take "power package" (windows-doors-cruise and rear window) my only regret I did not. Now looking for aftermarket doorlocks (difficult to find due to flexible wire connecting hatch-lock) otherwise it's great little-big car for tall guy.

The first thing that I would change is the way to open the rear hatch door. Unless you get the "power package", the only thing that unlock-lock that rear door is your key!!! Why don't they put a simple steel-wire just like the fuel door (I've got one on my old Mazda323 '88 and Accord '84) ...
