A 3 car accident plus hit and run plus right next door to the cop-shop? Sounds like a good time for a "letter to the editor" or maybe the local TV station would like a shot at it. Your wife and the other person who got hit by the bad driver and ask the chief o' police about the policy that...

I think I would actually take 74 Vibes....actually...it would probably be more Vibes, I would definitely go for used 03-04's...give me plenty of room for error (my wife reeeeally won't let me touch the Vibe much at all). She also might have a bit of a problem with the girlies there too. :D

Well, I will probably try to pop it up this weekend and take a gander at it. Re: Removing (tiny) rust spots from paint chips? (scoot)

I got some of the rust converter from paintscratch.com, I plan on trying it pretty soon, if it works well I will try to mention it on here. I need to do it quick before summer ends anyway, I am in the same boat with my 2003 Vibe.

Steering or suspension problem?

Here's another fun troubleshooting one for the gurus here:Driving back across Michigan today on the interstate, the car started to pull right a bit and there was a lot of vibration in the steering wheel (back and forth maybe 3 inches each way).Gave a few slight swerves and varied speed from about 60...

New Owner of an Old Vibe

Well, I have already scoured this forum top to bottom on many topics, but haven't introduced myself (or my new car!) yet.Bought a 2003 Neptune Blue Vibe in November. 80,000+ miles on it, paid under 9K from a dealer for it--we bought it in a hurry as our 1990 Maxima got totalled by some arsehole the ...
