I attached the 03 matrix PDF for P0340, shows the ECM pinout for NE+, NE- and G22+. Pretty good chance it applies to your 07 Vibe

it'll probably be about 800 lbs, The 2006 owners manual says it has a cargo+passengers weight limit of 1000 lbs so you should be ok The 06 manual doesn't say anything about roof load maximum, but the 03 manual says its 75 lbs.
