ESPN offers you a random draft option. All you have to do is pre-rank your players and mark yourself ready, then its all automated. I think I got it though, I forgot about this. My dad came up with a device to hold the lug nuts during a wheel change in a NASCAR race to eliminate the lugs that fall to the ground and subsequently get run over.

I got one in the "AS Seen on TV" section of the local grocery store, works pretty well. It's certainly easier cleaning than using paper towels and your arm.
