nope had the alignment checked 2 weeks after the install and everything was fine. 100,000 miles later I just had the alignment checked and its still fine. i do need struts now though.

I just had mine checked after 100,000 miles and everything was fine. tire barn charged me $25 to check alignment and another $25 if i needed shims. no shims were needed. i checked to see how much at a dealer and it was $40 to check alignment and standard hour rate and $50 to 70 per shim.
google eagle hood ornaments. there are a few that have more streamlines to them. then there are some not so streamlines lol. but if you found the right ornament...you never know.I thought this might look good
pop it off and check on the inside, there is a yellow round clip its probably not seated. maybe hit it a little harder in that spot on the outside when you reinstall it.

took the vibe in to tire barn and had all new tires put on. the left rear tire was scalloping and i had them check the alignment 2nd time since 03 after lowering it. everything still in spec. left front camber -.7 caster 3.3 toe -.03right front camber -.9 caster 3.0 toe -.05total toe -.7 steer ahead...
the parts are dipped and primer and paint are electropainted. i would guess that yours was repaired at the plant and was missed painted by hand. repair parts, unless replaced, are repaired the old fashioned way. call the dealer.
really? that much damage behind the bumper cover? glad i did mine myself they wanted to charge me $1300.00 i took it apart straightened out the metal bumper, my absorber wasn't compressed, and got a new upper and lower cover had them painted and still only paid $500 total to fix it.
