I think the fuse is 15 Amp, so not a lot of room for error and compressors can have a surge draw with they turn on. The product listing says 15 Amps max, so it might be okay.

Try it out, but have a spare fuse handy and report back. :D

If it's a speed sensitive humming or growling noise, similar to what you might hear when a manual transmission Honda is travelling in reverse, it's likely a bad bearing in the rear differential. I just did a repaint of them using the Rustoleum wheel paints (primer, silver, then clear coat). With about 30 minutes of prep per wheel (more if you want to use bondo to fill divots), I was able to refinish the wheels to passable condition.
