In this circuit, the relay is used to to enable the power outlet when the ignition is on, and to disconnect power from it when the ignition is off. The relay does not provide any overlaod protection. The circuit is still protected by a fuse, which is on the battery side of the relay, so I don't think it would be a fire hazard. If you got a normally closed relay, then starting the car would kill power to the power outlet. What you need is a broken relay that is closed all the time. P-jumper.jpg

That's a lot of Vibes. All of them 04's? Don't see any Fusion ones. I like the Vibe colors, but seeing that many together really shows that in a group, the colors are not very flashy, only the lava ones stand out.

Maybe the clinic can give you some kind of inhaler. A lot of asthma folks use albuterol, which is really effective but a prescription. Over the counter meds with guaifenesin (sp?) might help, it's an "expectorant" helps loosen up stuff, so at least the cough might be productive. Dextromethorphan hydrobromide (sp?) is a cough supressant, probably won't help wahtever is causing the cough, but might be worth it if the cough ...

From the book, it looks like it's screwed in to the side of the engine, sort of under the back right corner of the engine cover, on the driver's side of the engine (not the fan or firewall side, but sticking out the transmission side)Are you having oil pressure problems?

I haven;t done it in my Vibe yet, but it is a good idea to do it periodically. Didn't check it on my last car, and I can testify that it really sucks to try to replace a flat tire with a flat spare.At least I still have a couple months of 1800ROADSID left.

I haven't had any reddish stuff on my tires, but then again I've just got the steelies and don't polish my tires. However, on other cars, I have gotten reddish stuff on the wheels from brake pad dust.
