You don't have NEARLY enough amp for that sub @4ohm... Being that's a D8 sub, you have 16 or 4 ohm opp options... that amp is 600w @4ohm... you're going to cook the sub.. Especially in ported.. The pads should be fine, but backing off the lugs and re-torquing isn't going to fix a warped rotor...no..... Could be a lot of things, the Top Hat or Strut mount.. Could be a bushing, but less likely... Most likely a top mount... Donno how many miles you have, but it might be a good time to do the whole car.. The springs, unless physically broken, are fine... The struts could be getting old/weak...
