Yes, it's still a Chrysler. The new 2007 SWB T&C I bought n July 2007 for 33% under MSRP was worth taking the chance.
But IF I were in the market for a new one today I'd have to go with Honda or Toyota.

Not ready/no need to buy but next time my wife and I want more space and higher stance - and hopefully less noise. My current short list is the Subaru Forrester, Maxda X5, Toyota RAV4 and the Nissan Rogue. Dealer inventory on the Rogue in Columbus seems limited to AWD.

Twice I have left the cargo area light on - once completely drained the battery.

I knew someone who had one of those. I think her daddy was rich and her momma good lookin', and the family just had to drive Caddys to keep up their image. Like most of the GM cars of that era reliability was a major complaint, and in those days the warranties were only 12 months or 12,000 miles.

Actually that seems in the ball park to me. My recent experience with KBB is that for whatever reason the used cars you see on the lot are seldom that low. It is hard to check lot prices on a 2004 Vibe as there are so few. You might do a national search on Carmax.com to see what they are asking for ...

I always wondered why Subaru didn't offer fwd. My view has always been that for most people AWD is not needed and only results in more cost, lower mpg and another thing to go wrong.

I was at the Honda Website and it lists AWD as optional on all levels. Unfortunately all I found in inventory at Columbus area dealers have been AWD. That might be because every non-AWD is sold before it gets to the dealer.

The Vibe does not have a timing belt that needs replacement. It has a timing chain that generally lasts until the car dies. I read in USA Today that sales of the new 2016 Honda HRV are impressive. I checked one local dealer's inventory and all he has are AWD.
