Hopefully you can get healed up. I had something like that when I was young. Doctor had me on PT, a lot of ice, and sonic heat. It took awhile and did heal up. You do not what to do nothing, or it will just get stiff, but you can not over do it also. Take care and don't push yourself to hard.

Grounds are the worst to trouble shoot as the electrical signals can back feed through other wires in search of a ground to try and complete the circuit. This then messes with the other signals and you end up with multiple electrical problems. You can never have to many grounds; good grounds that is.
