I would advise getting bigger tires. I have 17s with a stock tire size of 215/50/17. The general rule of thumb is up ten on width, down five on aspect ratio.

The little tab where the bumper covers screws to the fender broke off. You could try and fix it by getting some high-strength epoxy or JB Weld or something and affix it back into place. It may not be perfect, but it's cheaper than a new cover.

It's been a long and harsh winter, with my numbers ranging from 26-28mpg. But they must have put the regular gas in this fillup because my MPG gauge is reading a 10% improvement in fuel economy, equating to about 30mpg on the gauge, and FAR more miles read per fuel gauge tick.

I replaced the valve cover gasket, changed the oil, found a heater hose leaking, replaced one hose, ordered the other. I drained the coolant and will change it. The rally Vibe has AWD front springs (AWDs are slightly raised) and 09 rears, though the spring rate in the rear may be a bit much for the lighter car. The skidplate is a custom plate of really thick metal. Next time I'm there I can inquire.

There's also a hybrid version, but I'd say there's better chance of getting the wagon than the hybrid version.

Also, those bottom corners of the bumper are little winglets, and the openings go right to the tire.

I quite enjoyed the Trax when I took a look at it. It's nearly the cheapest AWD vehicle you can get. Though you can definitely tell it's the Encore's cheaper cousin.

Wow, when they said Kia upsized the Soul they weren't kidding... I took a comparison pic with my Vibe next to a previous-generation Soul. The second gen is largely a warmed-over first gen, so first gen springs will be fine. Another member has had his 09 GT on S-Techs for a while now, and he loves them.
