I got an email from my uncle saying that when he clicks on my facebook image (I assume profile pic?) his virus checker pops up that its JS.Obfusicated.Gen virus. What is it and why isn't my virus checker catching it??

It got me. My Win 7 laptop refused to boot last night. I tried the system restore and it kept telling me it wasn't working. So I turned it off and went to a party. This morning I turned on my laptop and it was working normally.

I like that I can do "business" stuff on it - vnc into my laptop from the ipad, view/edit word docs, pdfs, excel... much smaller to lug around than my Dell laptop.

So I broke down and bought an iPad. I absolutely love it. I haven't been away from my laptop for this long in a looooong time. I downloaded the iBooks app, the kindle app, and the kobo e-reader app. My Sony e-reader is still way better for e- books but this is nice. I'm typing this post from it now....

I used to have a recurring dream as a kid... I could see the big cedar tree outside my bedroom and in it was a panda bear. The sky behind it was this deep purple/red colour. Other than that I don't remember anything else about the dream but I think it scared me.

We have a Sony Ebook reader. I love it. Its actually my hubby's that I gave him last year for his birthday but we both use it. What amazes me is the paper like quality of the screen! No glare. Love it.
