did you press the brakes when the accelerator wouldnt let up? the 2009-2010 vibe is under recall in the US. I'm not sure they have make it north america wide, which seems odd as the cobalt/pursuit/g5 power steering was. Is there anyway you can go to the US to have it done, OR go to a toyota dealer? ...

remember rallyracer? I built him a AMD quad core system as he does lots of video editing with adobe products. Its been working great now that he is running win 7 64bit and adobe cs5 is 64bit compatible. I say make sure to get a desktop for home, and theres some new netbooks coming out with dual core...

ya I had oil in my SS's intake and turbo, cleaned it when I put the new intake on. Just looking for a good oil catch can or I'll just clean it every so often. all the oil catch cans I see now dont impress me yet...waiting for a real good one.

oh what happened? did you glue or solder it in? If you press the sync to enable it does it turn on? thats connection point to the sync is the most common to come undone.

I've only heard of a small handful of trans issues, My sister has my 04 vibe with 120k? I think now with no trans issues (automatic). Drive it before hand and see how it shifts, ask if it had the trans oil changed etc.

get engine/trans mounts, traction bars, anything that will stop the engine from moving (which idk I'd recommend for dd'ing...). poly is kind of crap, but you'd want solid mounts if you want no wheel whop and just spin. Are you drag racing on slicks or just street tires?

yeah imo a card, visa, ones like that should hold value until the date they expire. Usually they can be "Recharged" ie. more money added as well. I didnt know that about them, I will be careful now.

for the ecotec's going twin charge, they have a bypass so after a certain rpm the SC boost isnt used and its just turbo. ZZP makes that kit.
