So I fixed my panel. Pulled out the broken tabs, seated some new tabs on the panel, used some 3M automotive tape, cleaned/prepped surface, heated tape and door with a hairdryer, and attached the panel back to the door. You could always make your own cargo mat. I bought an 3x4 entry mat at Lowe's for $15. Just laid it in the back and cut it to fit.

Thanks tpollauf! I plan on doing the other interior lights too. I like the clean white light the LEDs put out. I'm surprised the newer Vibes don't already have LEDs in them already.

Thanks for the tips! Can that Duplicolor stuff be found at an Autozone or Wal-Mart? Any brands I should look for or steer clear of? I'll skip the clear coat idea since it will mostly be out of view by my wheel covers and try to find an automotive paint that will hold up for the long term.

I think it means not to mount it on the side of the car or something. The rear cross bar blocks the front part of the antenna and I was wondering if that would degrade the reception that much. Does the whole antenna need to be exposed?
