my front and rear suspension has been creaking for a while, i checked the mount and its not that. Its the springs and ****, but with all the potholes in my part of jersey its kinda inevitable that it happens.

my 2nd gear synchro's are garbage as well. It only grinds at really high rpm and i hit the limiter while im moving which i believe is at 8400!If i shift carefully though, i get used to it and it doesnt do it.

i abuse the **** out of my clutch on my vibt gt, and have even glazed it over once when it slipped when i launched wrong. I have 24,000 miles and nothing is wrong, i still go racing every weekend or so, and drop the clutch at 5000 rpm or more

mine makes a slightly diffeent noise and with the motor mounts its evident with the engine vibrations, but im not concerned. my trans is shot probly anyway from grinding 2nd 50% of the time i race

i ran a 14.9 with intake, exhaust, port and polish (of TB and intake manifold matching), motor mounts, and brass shifter bushings. 14.9 is the best i think i will run with these mods. With a 50 shot i think i can run low 14's

had it for a while, and i run with no resonator and a high flow cat its extremely loud at times but so bassy it makes the car rumble inside bad. very very deep not honda high pitched. the banner is 1320 performance in linden, NJ if anyone cares. it took me 15 mins. u forgot to take the cruise control off the cruise control is bolted on with 2 bolts, to get to the bushings just unbolt it and move it and you'll have all the room you need.

Yup. I dunno how i did it, but its a brittle plastic and easy to crack so to anyone doing engine work, be careful with it. It goes into the fuel rail, and is about a foot long...that is the section i cracked. A foot or so later theres a plug where it turns hard again I spilled alot of gass everywher...

Well i been doing a lot of mods lately and i read about the brass shifter bushings for my 6-speed. Installation was easy, the shifter linkage is right underneath the cruise control. I don't know how, but similarly to the motor mounts i just did, this cheap mod really helps alot. It takes out any gue...

lolyea im loving my motor mounts more every day, i love how they really improve the torque that you feel and the torque that reaches the ground...definitely improves your 0-60 especially if you have grippy tires.

ah. ok well i drove it to my friend at 1320 performance and he got it alot easier on the lift. driving with the 1 mount out was fine, i just took it easy.the mounts are awesome, i honestly was doubtful about how it could change anything, but from the second i gave it gas to let the clutch up i felt ...

well no, its on. the mount is lined up. the bolt is even thru 1 side of the mount just cant get it lined up to push it all the way thru.

no it wouldnt help. i had 3 people pulling and pushing the motor while the other mounts were loose. it shifted just too much. doing these mounts is luck ill tell everyone how the difference is tommorow when i get the rear one put in. The other ones im gonna do myself.

i would use a punch or something with a tapered end to get thru first, but the prob is there isnt enough room down there to do stuff liek that. its EXTREMELY tight and in a bad area. Can i drive it slowly to get to the shop?

yea i couldnt get the rear one in. Anyone know if i can drive to a shop with the rear motor mount loosened? the other 3 are on tight. the rear one, i cant get the holes lined up because i dont have an engine hoist and i got unluky with the way the motor dropped.
