Grind off the rust put a rust stoper and a little white putty prime and repaint. I work at a autobody shop and replaceing the roof for $2500 is cheap. As to replace it you have to drop the headliner wich means seats out side panle's etc so would be more like $5+ as used roof and new roof price is $7...

why would you go Vacuum? Why not go with a microswitch that can be hooked onto the lead of the compressor power wire wich energises it.Would be a lot faster to do it this way

I would go aftermarket door locks. as thats what i had done on my moms vibe with a car alarm. mine has power all. hers does not. Ive also had a fue cars come into my work with aftermarket power windows so i have been thinking about putting them in my moms for her windows. Here is a link to the ones ...

run the power on the driver side and rca's on passenger side. that way you will not get a hum that some do when ran side by side

I have ran into this probs on a fue cars its the pads. if the materal is to hard it will make noise on some cars. my old neon and cav where bad for that. used a el chepo brand went away but had to change them more often due to softer compound.

its a transponder bypass kit you need for the car. some need it some dont.

Some wireing adapters come with a 2-3 foot red wire that you need to use and tap into a fuse in the fuse panle. For some cars you need to for some you dont.

mf3rr0 What the probs is is some harnese's do not give the right power it needs. Ive done hundereds of installes on diff cars. Some come with anouther red wire and a fuse adapter to piggy back off in the fuse box. Ive ran into the prob on a fue cars. My ex's 2003 cav dident need it.but her moms 2004...

try disconecting the battery for a fue days see if it loses a charge. had a van at work like that after 2 days battery would go dead. tested fine tho. disconected it and 2 days later was dead. ended up being awonkey cell

hmm ive never seen one that needed 12 volts all the time. mind ya i wallways use the uhaul 5-4 converters. never had a prob with the,. the one in my vibe now ive had for 10 years

Working at a bodyshop for a liveing i deal with this every fue days. Just disconect the battery wait like 3-5 min then you will be fine. Ive disconected a battery pulled a sead like 1 min after and put a new one in and light was on ended up causing a code. just with a fue min and it will be fine

ive had polk speakers in the past and they where good. i find there newer gear just plane sucks. you just dont get the nice sound you use to.

I say start with the hu and go from there. I started with a jvc dvd deck then to a clarion one with 2 bassworks subs in the back on a mxt 6100 amp befor i did my front and real speakers. i was suprised how well the stock speakers still sounded with a aftermarket hu

IT can be welded up if you take it off. I see that all the time at work and my buddys shop. Its a weak spot in all systems.

whitfiel Im have the same prob as you ive tryed the evac and held vacume for 6 hours no prob filled it up. 3 weeks later a bit low and not cooling that well. Ive tryed thoes canadian tire refills on a fue cars work in a pinch. I am going to get my hvac guy at work to go thru my system now tho.

Wish i took pics when i did a little bigger then 0/1 in my 2003 vibe. the wire is like a a bit bigger then a inch. i had to drill a hole in my firewall to run it to my amp and back battery as im running dual bats most times. Ran along the drive side under the plastic panles where the carpet is fine....

looks sweet. i might do that to mine soon. if you are running the 0 to the back of the vibe it will just fit on the driver side under all the trim. Got 0 running to my amp and just fit. passenger side would eazly fit but uses a fue more feet of wire but it will work

One way to get some of them is pop the inner panle off then you can get some nedel nose plyers in there to plress down on the clips

Yep most times the clips do brake as you ant get to them all even with the door panel off. and they are not cheap if i reamber right like $3-4 a clip depending where ya are

I work at a autobody shop and we see stuff like that a lot its from the oils in it after a while it comes to the serfice. major prob on aftermarket bumpers. Mazda has now but a note in with there oem bumpers that it is raw plastic and to sand it with some harsh grit paper then to prime it befor pain...

sorry ment chain. Brakes are good as it went thru inspection acording to the paper work the trans flush was done the same time as the chain. dono if the rad was done ill do that next same with oil.
