Warren, PA, home of the wonderful United Refining Company, has prices around $2.25 still. :lol: Probably the $$$ is needed to pay for the huge construction project "somewhere" up in the mountains in the outset of Pittsburg area. Would be a perfect time to replace all that stuff, but I can't find distilled water anywhere to mix the coolant with. Rain water ??? Although not as pure as distilled water, it's VERY close to it. And if you run it through a coffee filter you'll get even more of the TDS (total dissolved solids) out...

$1.24 at Costco here in Toledo :o It will likely continue to drop as more people are being mandated to STAY @ HOME. Our vehicles simply will not need to be driven as much thus not needing the weekly or so refueling. Supply clearly is taking over demand right now and the price will continue to drop

I guess a working switch had to be in place for the master switch to also work on that window You are correct on that quote. FYI .... there was a service bulletin/recall on the master switch to where there was not enough lubricant in the switch. Look up your VIN to see if this recall was done. If not then take it to the dealer for the FREE service and maybe that will solve your problem

Apparently a couple months ago, while the door was in an opened state, a huge gust of wind came by and SLAMMED the door shut extremely hard! Too bad you don't live closer to me Jerry as I'd lend you my three volume Helms manuals which would REALLY help you out in the engine rebuild process. You got a rare combination 2.4 with the manual tranny (same as my Vibe GT ;) ). Keep up the work and keep us informed.

Finally got around to installing a USB charging port in my 2004 Vibe GT. It went right where the cig lighter used to be. Slight filing to increase the diameter BUT it pretty much was an exact fit. I bought my Vibe brand new in 2007 and currently have 230K on it. Gave it to my son, and he hit a deer with it. Had to replace the whole front end and pull out the frame. Ouch !!! Very common in my area with Deer hitting us drivers too :o How much did it set you back? Insurance claim? Oh to stay on...

R-134A started being used in automotive applications with the '93 model year, pretty much just Chrysler products back then. Ford & GM followed the next year I believe. So if it's 25 years or less they would likely be 134a gauges
