winter tires on wheels

I have a set of Michelin x-ice 2's from my 2005 Pontiac Vibe. These are a dual bolt pattern wheel. The tires are in good shape. See my cl post for photos.

Re: How many miles on your Vibes?

I'm at almost 198,000 miles on my 05. Bought it a little over 3 years ago and it had 70,000 on it. It's been pretty hassle free. Had to replace a windshield before Christmas. A couple other minor repairs like the blend door. Lot's of oil changes and quite a few headlight bulbs. I did do new struts o...

Moan when letting off the accelerator

Ok I know this sound wierd but when I'm just driving on the side streets and letting off the accellerator (going 30-45) I hear a moan coming from the engine. I'm not talking about being under a heavy throttle and it being something like a motor mount bad. Just crusing down the road, coming up to a c...

WTB - Engine Cover Bolts/Tabs

I noticed at my last oil change I'm missing one of the bolts for the engine cover. I think it's the driver's side. I'd also take the plastic retainers if anyone has any of those laying around. Shipping would be to 48197. And it's for a 2005 base Vibe.

Thanks!

The worry about the Stagg is that they are basically an unknown. What good is a lifetime warranty if the company is 6 months from going under? Swapped over the winter wheels this weekend and I noticed my front struts are probably shot. I have about 155,000 on the 05 vibe. It rides like crap but it rides better than my 02 P5 did with 270,000 on it and I had replaced those struts. I'm just trying to find if Rockauto has the best prices. Chec...

I have a 2005. Should my DRL's be on whenever the car is running? Even when not in gear? I went to a drive-in over the weekend and I had to have the windows open and car off (no a/c and it was humid) so I didn't have my headlights on.
