The CIG fuse in your 05 is supposed to be 15A. If you blow it, you lose power to that power outlet and the radio, so nothing safety critical. That is different. Looks like its been cut, can't figure out how that might have happened. welcome to genvibe I'm guessing you would probably need to get that from a junkyard. The website http://www.car-part.com is great for searching the junkyard network for parts. Not sure what they call the part you need, but parts from an AWD Toyota Matrix of comparable years should be interchangeable
