2009 Factory Radio Replacement

The CD player in my 09 GT factory radio quit Working. I am looking at buying another working 09 factory radio used from a salvage yard.

My question is this: Will the used radio work installed- or Do I need to take my car to the dealer to get the new radio unlocked ?

Thanks.

Wanted: Rear Hatch Wiper Arm Assembly For 03 Vibe

Looking for a rear wiper arm assembly for my 03 Vibe. I see the blade refills for sale everywhere, but haven't had any luck finding the complete arm. Tried all the big parts chains, and even Rock Auto. The inside of my stock arm came apart and the arm is wobbly and wont work.
Can anyone help? Thanks.

I would get it checked out ASAP. My 03 base had 170k when I was hearing the same kind of noise, thought it was the tensioner, too, needed to go another few hundred miles to the next oil change so I thought I'd wait til then to get it checked out- big mistake! My chain broke at 172,000 and took out the motor. Changing the chain out is a big job on these motors. The parts alone from the dealer are over $300. I bought my 03 base with 160,000 on it and it was abused by the previous owner (original owner), lack of oil changes was the major factor that took ou...

Try using the spare tire hold down stud in the rear drum holes. Someone said that it will work in removing the rear drums. Alternate it back and forth between the two holes.

How to Remove Bad Stains From Interior Seats

My 03 base has some really stained up seats. They are black cloth. What's the best product to use to try and clean these seats up? Thanks for the replies! My seats are pretty stained up, and there is a person selling the 2010 interior in another town about 60 miles from me on the local Craigs list. It would be just easier to change out the seats, instead of trying to save the seats in mine.

Interior Interchange?

Hi Everyone, Newbie here from Ohio! Love this place! Just picked up a 03 base Vibe and want to know if the interior (front and rear seats) from a 2010 base Vibe will fit in my 03. I know that the 2010 has side air bags in the seats, but wouldn't matter to me.Thanks,Joe
