I have a 2003 Vibe standard 5-speed and the clutch started slipping after I tried to back my aluminum motorcycle trailer up hill one time. I bought all the new parts but got to thinking "Why with only 68K miles and no real daily abuse should a clutch start to slip?" Glazing! I imagine Toyo...

Thanks, been wanting to unhook that speaker for years...couldn't find it...no wonder. Like to play the stereo with the doors open without the incessant annoyance.

Changed the gear lube in my 5 speed. Tried to figure out why the headlight lenses are fried to a crisp on the inside. Think maybe the first guy who had it put hotter bulbs in it. How do you get them off?

I did one on my 1992 Silverado that had a 305cu.in. v8 in it and it only added 2 pounds of boost but made enough difference that if I was stuck in mud I could spin all four wheels where without it I couldn't. relays are low amperage switches that really operate the high amperage switches, not the high amperage component.

Awesome, thanks, where'd you get the guide? Is it on a disc? I wonder why relays cost so much?

Check battery voltage to see if it at least 12.6 with the ignition off and engine not running. Sounds like low voltage. Maybe a bad ground on neg. battery cable.

Starter relay location?

Anyone know which relay goes to the starter solenoid? I think mine went out as everything else seems ok. I'm pretty sure it's under the dash on the left side behind the flip-out tray but there are more than one relay in that grouping.
