To capture fossorials, such as your moles, I have always used Sherman or small Havaheart traps. Just excavate a small portion of their tunnel as long as the trap itself, put the set & baited trap ( raisins and grains work well ) with the opening ( or openings in the case of a Havahart ) alligned...

I have an 09 white GT. It does show dirt, but I barely give it a chance to hang around long I prefer light colors -- much cooler in the summer. On a down note, the front bumper base plastic is black, so stone chips show loud and clear. As for scartches, none yet, knock on wood.My $.02
