Just had 20% all around. Couldn't see well at night. Went back next day to have 2 front changed to lighter 30%. Still looks good, but now safer.

My Lava red 06 came with the 2 factory racks bolted to roof. I got the 2 cross rails from an 03 Vibe. They are black and look nice against the red.

I have no problems with 2006 at 40k or my 2005 at 70k. These things were built to last. As far as holding their value? The toy-like drive ability, makes a run to the corner store fun again.

Just installed cross bars for my racks. Now this Vibe can do the work of an electrician's service call vehicle. Come a long way since the 1964 Ford Econoline van. The engine was in the cab along side of the driver. The engine cover acted as a 3rd seat, before seat belt laws.

I have the side roof pieces I see on some Vibes. I acquired the 2 cross pieces to complete the rack. Does anyone know how to install them?

I went crazy getting a Lava Red one. Wound up with 2. Gave one to my daughter.I have a Lava red base models 06 with auto trans. The 1.8 is plenty for me, and it is a lot of fun. Gas mileage yet to be determined.My wife likes our Toyota Prius. Gas mileage is pretty good.

It depends on the engine and tranny package. I was told that the 1.8 with auto tranny can get low 30s. The AWD with auto trans is said to be the most slugish and poor mileage.
