The F1 filter is designed for the 2ZZ... the F2 is for the 1ZZ. You can swap them around with no issue. Most run the F1 filter as it has a slightly larger filter capacity....
The F1 filter is also used on 2009-2010 2.4L Vibes.

I expect a 15 inch wheel would give a more compliant ride due to more sidewall to absorb the chuck holes, same for a larger diameter tire.
16" wheels are the smallest wheels that will clear the front brakes on 2009-2010 Vibes.

I just wanted to add a couple things... 1. WeatherTech stopped listing the rear window deflectors for 2009-2010 Vibes many years ago after many complaints of them falling off, but the rear ones for 2009-2013 Matrices fit just fine! Check out car-part.com . You may get lucky and be able to find what you're looking for in a junkyard near you. Keep in mind, 2009-2013 Matrices will also have these same parts. If you're so inclined, here's the info for the Matrix shift boot . This same part has been discontinued from GM. Unfortunat...

I have not done oil analyses for either Vibe since the first ones in 2012. They both just turned over 90,000 miles about a month ago. Welcome to GenVibe! For side window deflectors, I highly recommend WeatherTech. We've had them on both our Vibes since 2012 and they look and fit great. The rear ones are not listed for 09-10 Vibes though. You need to order the front and rear set for the 09-13 Matrix (#82481). Also, you will want to...

Yes, original brakes. The main point was to acquire the parts for PPS over time before the brakes actually needed to be replaced to avoid having to spend such a huge chunk of money at once. It's been pricey, but it will be so worth it once everything is finally installed!
