From what I can tell.. as I suspected, the needle seems to be misaligned or not calibrated correctly. I think the Odometer is reading correct.

Make sure you are using the proper size fuze.If it keeps blowing, there is a short somewhere or something is causing it to draw too much current.Did you change the bulbs or something?

It starts off in 1st in sport mode. The gear indicated is just the maximum gear it will go to but will shift about as needed. The manual even states this.
