The GXP was my favorite - very clean looking. Wish they would have offered that body kit.

Gongrats on the GT, same way I felt about mine after I traded up. Sounds like a little Formula 1 car, especially in the long tunnel in Zion National Park in UT. I love the super kick it gives at the 6500 RPM crossover. Much more aggressive than the Honda VTEC.

Welcome to Kansas! I posted some areas I like to drive in that are closer to Wichita, but I'll take a look at the map for areas around Ft. Riley and see what there is. Oh yeah, and to the reliability of the Vibe, there is a local cab company that uses Vibes, one has 269K still going strong, not using oil and another with over 500K and just the same. Any more questions?

Our 04 GT has 37k miles on it now, bought it with 34,900 a little over a month ago. A local cab co is using Vibes for Taxis here in Wichita. He sold one earlier this year with 269K on it and knew another Vibe owner with over 500k on hers.

Mine is a '04 GT and has the fuzzy fabric with sliders. You have to pull a little hard the first time to make them slide. Don't know if it was part of the premium or power package maybe?

Owned 4 Vibes and I just learned on the fourm that the sun visors slide. Too cool! Way more useful than a simple extender, you can put the visor wherever you need to block the sun and still have a nice small visor.

I'd like to find a set of Hot Wheels for our new GT. Call me strange, but I liked the old style Vue better. Especially with the Honda V-6 they had from 04-07. The interior was not nearly the same quality as the new ones though. Too much plastic.

Hey, new to the forum, but not to Vibes. Just picked this one up in Mansfield, OH and drove home to Wichita, KS. Previously owned an 04 Salsa Auto, 05 Frosty Auto and 04 Silver 5 speed. Just decided to upgrade to a GT with only 35k miles I found for a good price. Love it!
