They do. Basically what you did is the trigger that controls the parking lights also put on the head lights. Congratulations !!!!. You're lights will not dim. They will either be full on at night or full off. Manual switch control is not affected. That is NOT plug and play. It does however include a harness that gets installed in your vehicle which will have to be ran from the mirror location to the fuse box. About 1 hour to install total. I have one here by Donelly which also has a outside temperature sensor.
