poor gas on the highway, and having issues with the second one. and if there are so many issues with the 5 speed toyota should fix it.

ive found a couple for $1000. i feel that the 5 speed is gonna go out again. would like to replace it with a 6 speed when it does or before it does.has anyone here swapped them yet?

the sub calls for a ported box between 4.5 and 6cu ft and a sealed between 7 to 12 cu ft. im going to leave it bare lol

there is plenty enough amp for that sub, im posting pics later on the build. that amp is both a high current amp and efficient on power, hence the class x. by far the cleanest and loudest setup ive had in the vibe

just got an old school exodus audio tempest x1 15 inch and an old school farenheit class x 620-2. the sub is dual 8ohms and is 1000rms and 2000max. the amp is 600rms at 4ohms and 1200max at 2ohms i will be running the sub at 4ohms. the box will be ported with 6 cubic feet of air tuned at 30hertz. be very carefull that you dont over power the l5, kicker likes to overrate there subs. realisticly that sub will only handle 1000 true watts of power. i have had 1 l5 15, 2 l7 12s. i blew 1 l7 on an old school soundstream rubicon 1000sx, only turned up halfway on the gain.best of luck

actually the roof rack cracked, so i took it off, on the front part of the roof rack, ( the shiny plastic cap) they pop off and slide out, there should be 2 screws underneath it holding down the front part, same with the back gently lift the plastic cap up, and slide out, there should also be 2 scre...

just got sum polk 12 db subs in the custom polk box and this is by far my third loudest systemhere is a picmy first was 2 massive audio 15 and my second was an mtx thunder 12 9500the amp i amp running it on is an old skool soundstream rubicon 300.2all of my component speakers are the polk db series

nice setup, dd audio is awesum had a pair of there 8s back in the day!but i wouldnt have gone with a kicker amp. either elemental designs nine.1, or and old school soundstream rubiecon, but thats just my preferance
