Re: Any updates on the SC for the Vibe GT engine (Cubanpete)

Blitz says that they will have their SC done by the end of the year, and Alpine sent me an e-mail that states that their SC will be done May-June 03. No prices as of yet, and these time frames seem to still be just an estimation.

Re: Off with the Racks! (Flip-Side)

I too like LocDog, took off my roof rack to check the possibility of permanent removal. And it can be done with out the damage that LocDog stated in a previous post. It’s just a matter of knowing how to take the end covers off with out trashing the clips that hold them on. Once that they are off y...

Re: Off with the Racks! (inkinAbyssGT)

Well its hard to tell I even enhanced the photo to a non-destructice 300dpi and the whole pic is just way to low res to start with. If infact the door handles are shaved perhaps, bondo and a new spray job is how the racks were removed? well i'll just keep wishing for a kit.Dustin

Anyone else see the vehicle of the month on matrixvibe.org? The guy has a Vibe GT with no trace of a roof rack system at all? Is there a kit out there somewhere? Unfortunatly the guy has no e-mail address posted so no way to contact him to find out how? Thanks Dustin

Re: no sound....???? (BigWill)

No man the RCA's dont realy do anything except carry the signal from the deck to the subs, with the moon an tunes pkg you have a factory amp in the car to power your six stock speakers, in order to tell that amp to turn and and power your stock speakers you need to hook up the wire from the deck tha...

Re: If you had to pick a theme song for your Vibe (Vibe-agra)

The Vibe deserves more than just one song it should have its own Full length LP, in that case my choice would be the "Movement in still life" CD by BT.

I Just changed out my Eibach 1.5 prolines for a set of progress springs because of the 2.2" drop that they provide. However a set of these may be in the future if the progress springs go to S@$T.[link]http://www.mmrusa.com/skunk.htm[/link]

Re: INJEN & AEM CAI head to head in dyno. (robdog)

The check engine light should only come on if you fail to reconnect one of the VSV sensor plugs. The AEM instruction sheet states that if in the case you do forget to connect them, and your check engine light comes on, just disconnect the battery, plug in the sensor and all should be fine. Fortunatl...

Re: just ordered my AEM! (PBFlash)

From what I can tell the only difference between the Injen and the AEM is that the air flow sensor is located on the top on the Injen kit and its located on the bottom side of the AEM one. So im not seeing how one can really be that much greater that the other? But who knows?Dustin.

Re: Installed new AEM cold air intake tonight!! (slbpsi63)

Only two problems with the AEM intake,1)You better have eatin your Wheaties to remove the screw that holds the second VSV Sensor to the original mounting braket. ( may have been just mine but damn was it on there good!)2)When installing the air filter cone to the end of the intake pipe you will run ...
