thanks for the info. I took the panel off tonight and there was this metal things towards the top of the door that had 4 loose screws so I think that's what was rattling. By the way, when putting the door back on should I have put the 2 bottom snaps on first and then work my way up?

yup. I have x-country skis and those work also. You can even put the poles on top. Pretty much anything that is flat or has a small diameter can fit up there. Go to Yakima.com and they will fit the rack for you.

I've got the Yakima ski rack that mounts on the roof and holds six skis or 4 snowboards. The rack will set you back about $100. That's what I paid about 5 years ago.

I think the other factor is that Labor Day is around the corner. Lots of people will be driving. The price her in the Denver area is about $1.63. I haven't seen $1.25 in 3 or 4 years.

My dome light for the front seats and I can't figure out how to get the lens off to replace the bulb. I took out the single screw that holds the sunroof controls and dome light but it didn't want to come loose. Any ideas before I cause any damage. It should be an easy process.

What a great hitch. It took 5 minutes to install and the name of the manufacturer is accurate. The only part visible is the 1 1/4" square. I did a lot of looking and the best price was at JC Whitney: $89.99. My buddy bought one too so shipping was only $10 TOTAL.

What a timely question. Just mailed in my $75 fine today to the state of Wyoming. I was on US HWY 287 and got clocked at 80MPH in 65MPH zone. Cop said about 3 words and handed me a ticket. He did ask me year the vehicle was. First ticket in 8 years.

I definitely figured it would cut down on gas mileage, which I can live with, but my main concern would be driving down the Interstate at 80 MPH with the bikes on top.
