+1 to the above.. Gotta do it all yourself! Well I just switched to amsoil 0w-30, it seems to run good, im going to swap filters at 15k and try to get 30k out of the oil!

I bought tranny fluid and haven't changed it yet.. Its probably due in for it, I've checked it several times though and it seems to be very clean looking and always at the proper level, I'm guessing the previous owner had changed it out at one point.. Huh why all BS? I'm pretty sure that is exactly what I do with my car.. Why would I want to change my oil every 3,000 if I can achieve changing it every 30,000??? Hell I don't even change my high revving motorcycles oil for around 7-10 thousand, granted its not on the track yet.. So why is this BS?
