It depends on the way you drive. I changed the clutch at 160,000 miles and found out that it worn only haft. So that I think, you just drive until it start slipping.

I would like to know the clutch kit for 2zz and 1zz are they the same? (I saw in some post, people said they are the same except the flywheel).

I'm not sure about auto-adjusting clutch. I think you can adjust the clutch pedal to your taste. Just make sure that when you hit the clutch pedal: Easy to shift, change gear and the engine rpm doesn't change.
