I doubt very much the spindle was designed to take the load increase you have placed on it, and are going to destory your front hub assembly too. Really, if you are going to change it every 3000 miles any major brand of 5/30 or 10/30 depending on where you live, will be adequate. I have used synthetic, Pennzoil, since the 13km mark and have changed it according to the manual. Not because I have to, just because.

Yeah I cut a disc from an antifreeze bottle to fit and siliconed it in. It blocks the vent and by using silicone I can easily remove it if needed.
