Cleaning the throttle body could potentially help with the issue you are having. It isn't a difficult procedure. Save the $ and do it yourself and see if it works.

It sounds like the temp control has become disconnected from the dial. On the passenger side under the dash there is a little wire that comes out and attaches to a post on a white dial-looking thing. Reattach the wire to the post and you should be good to go.

I haven't bought into the 3-D craze. Of course I will be seeing the Star Wars saga in 3-D in theaters. I feel like I'm missing so much of the movie because the 3-D is forcing you to focus on a particular area of the screen and you miss a lot of the details in the peripherals.

Make sure your hatch glass is closed. If you accidentally opened it, it will say your door is ajar. I did this shortly after I got my Vibe and drove around like that for a few days before I figured it out.
