I just did this last weekend. It's tough to reach, but doable. It took me about 15 minutes. The trick is to use a very small wrench that you can use with one hand. I have a bunch of "midget" wrenches that came with my craftsman set. https://www.craftsman.com/products/craftsman-10-pc-metric...

You could check the connector on the back of the radio bezel. If that's disconnected, the airbag light will stay on.

Vibe uses 5x100 bolt pattern, so the wheels won't fit.You would need to mount the tires to some wheels that do fit.

I have the same issue with my 2007. You might pull the gauge bezel to see if the buzzing goes away. That seems to be a common fix (it didn't work for me though ).I may end up pulling the top of the dash at some point in the future to secure anything that is loose.Good luck,Bob

It does scuff the paint in a few spots on the grill (but that's plastic and won't rust through like the hood). It only takes a couple of minutes to install.

You might also look at a "rock deflector". My 96 Prizm was still in great shape when I passed it on to my kids, except for the front of the hood which had rusted through from the rock chips. So when I bought the Vibe, I put on one of the deflectors asap since I'm currently driving about 10...
