Personally, I don't think it makes a difference. When I flushed out the old coolant, I flushed it from the top and then the bottom outlet. I now have just about 100K and I have no intention of replacing any of the hoses. The OE hoses are made/designed much better today. But I do inspect them, genera...

I'm running 15" steel rims and 195/65/15 Michelin X-Ice Snow Tires. It's debateable but I feel that they're better in the snow and they are less expensive than the OE size 205/55/16. The diameter is virtually the same as 205/55/16 tires so you're speedometer will register the same mph/kph/miles...

Yeah, American brand car dealerships are disappearing at a fast rate around here. The dealership I bought my Vibe from folded a year after I bought it. And they were in business for over 50 years!!! Fortunately there is another Pontiac dealer less than 5 miles from my house.

I think the "Techs" here at GenVibe have more experience than some Toyota and Pontiac Dealerships combined!!! So, if I had a problem/question I would ask it here first. That said, I would not have a problem taking my out of warranty Vibe into a Pontiac Stealership should the moment arise.

I purchased a set of 4 Michelin X-Ice 195/65/15's.I don't like driving in the snow with all the other nutty drivers here in the Garden State. But if I have to, I like the added edge I have with snow tires. It gets me where I want to go AND I can stop better as well.
