Fuse Block Location

I need to check the fuse for the front washer sprayer. The manual says the washer fuse is in the interior fuse block. Under the instrument panel on the driver's side. I looked there and could not find it. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Alright then. The bulb is rare indeed. Canadian Tire has never seen it before, can't get it. They claim to have the biggest selection anywhere. The GM Pontiac dealer doesn't have them, not even sure if they can even order it. Said it would be very expensive - about 15 bones a bulb - if they can get ...

Yeah, but is there a nut or metal bracket behind the bumper to thread into, or does it just thread in the plastic? All I can see through the enlarged hole in the plastic is styrofoam. Anyone had their front facia off and seen what is behind it? Thanks.

I ended up buying a set of 16" Hercules Polar Trax (made by Cooper). They're really good in snow, ok on ice, but not as tacky as Blizzaks or Michelins.

I went into Costco and inquired about buying a set of Michelin winter tires. I asked for 15" tires and get this, they would NOT sell them too me. They said the book calls for 16" tires, so they would not sell me 15's. Business must be very good at Costco these days.
