Re: roof rack (willysr)

I have GM roof racks Utility Bar Part No 12489230. They must be made by Thule because they look the same. I added a Thule Fairing to cut down on the wind nose. The rack fits like a glove and with the fairing adds a sporty look. If you get a faring get 872XT it is longer than the one recommended by T...

I love my 05 but given the choice between the 09 and the 08, I would definitely go for the 09. You will pay more but you get more. You will have a new car for 2 years so that will help resale. You get more safety features as standard equipment. You get a telescopic steering wheel. Your rear glass do...

Well I got a fairing. It does work very well and looks great. The Thule website recommended the 870XT which is only 32" wide looks stupid I think it must be a typo in the manual. I went for the 872XT which is 44 in wide. It goes beyond the rail so the racks are not as noticable and works great....

Extended warranty is a waste of money. Put that 1000 in the bank. You won't have 1k worth of warranty problems. If you have any problems they would happen before your orgiinal warranty expires. I have only known one person on the site that truly had a lemon, Colonel Panic.
