Was the pressure plate not the clutch. But the clutch was soon the go also. Flywheel was resurfaced (turned i guess?). Finally i had to go to an OEM toyota cuz i could wait to have an ACT or TRD (2 week wait...). But for now i'm very happy with it.. Didnt had the chance to have fun with the new toy ...

Well seems it was the clutch. Didnt had the chance to test it very long... But the new clutch feel very good and speed seems to enter without any problem... ye!

Man indeed. Nway now under the hand of a toyota dealer near my home... I sure hope its only the clutch and not all the transmission that is **** up. It's bad since i know since i got the car that there was a problem but pontiac never wanted to check it seriously...I'll know more in a day or two...

No didnt change MT fluid... or didnt ask for it. After couple of call around... seems like pressure plate gone dead since every speed has difficulty to pass....

Hi,Well seems that i finaly killed my synchro... It's been a long time that when i reved high i had trouble "passing" the second or the third (either a good scratch sound or had to force it in place)... Now every speed as soon as i go over 3000rpm ( ) have to be force. You know the feeling...

Grinding noise... That i do get this when i try to have some fun with the lift... Either difficult to pass to the next speed or a nice grinding noise. I was told that it was the synch and i was doom to live with it....

Hi.Tirerack deliver to Canada.. At a correct rate but they use UPS and they are terrible with the duty broker fee.I'll check for the kumho vs General... I know that they are ok. Must admit the 215 is a bit less costly too (about 30$ per tire..) not a big deal but that will ease the case on wife

Hheeh.. I like the definition of the RE92 as the devil spawn... seems fitting .Since i'm up north (canada) buying online is a pain... Duty fee are killing any opportunities... Hi.Didnt had time to make a lot of research... But EFI in Longueuil dont do unichip tuning. Seems very hard to find a place. Maybe Ontario would be the way out. Hey Toronto is such a fun city........

Hi. Nop had one of those week... I'll try to reach them tomorow or this week end. Must admit you did cold a bit my ambition... If the chip loose its capacity after a time... Kinda of a waste to try to tune the chip for a better fit with the car.i'll see what they have to propose...

Something similare on my side too. Weird thing is that the cel code come and go. Generally i have a cel on the first start of the day (still winter here.. not sure if weather is a factor)... I have to agree that the map B seems good. But weather here turns to the winter side so i didnt had the chance to make a clean gtech run. it's weird because it does feel that the care has more juice.. right.... i've done further reading and i think the mechanics was impress with my Short ram and Magnaflow (...?...) and thought... hmmm this guy will love this special grade... But seems that the good old 5w30 is perfect for the engine. Maybe if i was in hot area (florida... texas.. beats me...) but...

Was a bit suprise by the 50 but nway.. seems to work well .. so no problem to have a oil that support higher temp...
