2005 base. Cruise control doesn't work. Light does not come on, nor does the cruise work. Swapped the fuse, still doesnt work. Replaced entire switch and still doesnt work. All brake lights including high center mount work. whats next?

I hooked hose up to both top and bottom core ports? Okay thank you. I really wanted to find a concentrate coolant to use for this reason, and saw the Toyota red, but it's only a 2 year fluid from what I understand. Is there a comparable concentrates coolant which has a longer life? I haven't been able to sort this out

cleaned both battery terminals today as they were corroded. took negative off first, hooked up last. started car and is now idling very low and somewhat rough, if i let it sit it will stall after a minute or so. is there something i'm missing here? some electrical reset?
