from what i can gather the backlighting for the guage arc is WHITE...the idiot lights are the only ones that are colored.

With model airplanes and the like, they make a Translucent paint....clear red...clear blue...clear green....OR i can take a clear gloss and tint it with a drop of paint....still workin on that aspect, but it'll be something like that

well unfortunately that wouldn't work. The light system behind the guages are mostly white for the dials, but the idiot lights are colored bulbs. On the faces i pulled off my spare cluster, the only thing tinted was the red areas around the guage arcs...the rest were clear save for the turn signal a...

I got the Ingen CAI from P-Tuning and never had a CEL problem with it. It just dropped right into place on install and the filter wasn't really that bad to get to...just takes a little work. I wouldn't go for the short-ram. A) it looks kinda cheesy and B) i want COLD air, not hot air from the engine...

I just noticed something today about my new windshield...it's got a tinted strip that extends all the way to the bottom of that "dot matrix" behind the rear-view mirror. My origional car didn't have a tinted strip. Hmmm...I think I made out pretty good with this new glass
