From pictures that I've seen, the brackets that bolt the seat down seem to be similar to my 2003 xrs. I just need to make sure the distance is the same. Mine do not have an airbag, so I think that would be okay if I don't have the sensor plugged in, right?

The water is air conditioner condensate that isn't draining because debris has blocked the hole where the drain tube meets the reservoir.
