Wow, glad to see I'm not the only one with this issue...scared the crap out of me when I first heard it! Love the instructions, but I seem to be having a problem right off the bat. I can access the area via the glove box, but I can't seem to disconnect that white power connector! I assumed it would ...

Lousy AM radio reception?

Just wondering how everyone's AM radio reception is. Mine was never that great with the stock '05 deck....decent in the city, crackly on the outskirts, and barely audible downtown amongst "dem tall buildings".I just installed a JVC mp3 deck to replace the stock unit hoping the AM reception...

I'm pretty sure Compustar requires their alarms to be installed by a certified Compustar dealer in order for you to keep the lifetime warranty valid. When I got mine done, I got the 2W900FM-AS for $369 CDN installed, plus tax. That's not a bad deal at all, and the lifetime warranty is still applicabl...

Gas mileage drop halfway through a tank?

Hey folks,Just wondering if anyone has experienced a big drop in gas mileage for the 2nd half of a tank?My Vibe has consistenly gotten ~300Km from fill-up until the halfway point. So you would think that projects to ~600Km for a full tank, right? Nope! I'm averaging maybe 150-180 Km from the halfway...

Until the Vibe, I've never owned a car with cruise control before, so forgive me if this is a "rookie" question. When using CC on a highway, when you hit a small incline in the road, is it supposed to rev up past 5000 RPMs while it tries to hit it's desired speed? This happened FREQUENTLY d...
