First of all thanks for all the comments so far

Update: It looks like I may have been the victim of bad gas. The symptoms started with my last tank fill-up; I have since gone through that gas and filled up at my usual location and the symptoms have decreased by 90%.

slight misfire at idle

Hey folks my car, 2003 Vibe Base Model, recently started doing what I can best describe as a slight misfire (vibration). It is noticeable when that car is at idle such as at a stop light. I bought the car 2 years ago and have put about 12K miles on it (currently at 123K), so far the only maintenance...

Ok I just need some clarification. I drive with the OD Off when I do a lot of Stop and Go driving and my question is will the automatic transmission turn the OD Off automatically when I'm at the proper speed or do I need to press the switch on the shifter to turn it Off? Thanks in advanced.

I would do as recommended first and change out the oil more frequently and make sure to use a good quality filter such as OEM. If the sludge is severe enough you can drop the oil pan and replace the oil pickup tube. I replaced that on my GSX when I replaced the block and also on my mothers old Probe...

Interesting topic, I'm with the OP I've never seen a situation were you don't have to replace the fuel filter. If that is the case I assume Vibe owners use their favorite fuel injector additive to keep the fuel system clean. This leads to my question, what fuel additive do you use and how often?

I used the samed Turtle Wax trim restorer on my 03 Vibe and it worked great. 2 things though, first it required a second pass since it had so much fadind, and two if has a tendency to streak a little once wet.

As for the cladding, I would prefer mine did not have the cladding.

Agreed, looks like bad rim or the camber is off in the rear. You have an AWD so you should be able to adjust the camber. The funny thing is that if the camber was off, the tire would have been bald all around the inner edge of the tire. However, the bald part of the tire was only like 12" long...
