My Vibe IS dead!

My son was driving home from visiting friends at college a couple hours away. He was about halfway home when he said the car engine was getting noisy and losing power. So he pulled over and shut it off. Waited a few minutes, tried to start and and all he got was clicking. I drove down to meet him an...

The second alternator worked. Total damage = $326. Got a new battery (2 year free replacment warranty and 75 month prorated warranty), alternator (12 month warranty parts & labor). So, the cost seemed fairly worth it for me to have them do it. Hopefully, I have no starting issues this winter!
