Does your school have a 3D printer? Should be the most cost effective for a short run - not sure about the durability tho. We do have a 3D printer, but it's far too small to print anything useful. Not to mention it uses low melt PVC for the additive. I could make a 1/2 scale model, but nothing good...

Does the dash display the correct running temperature? The needle should be just touching the little temperature symbol on the gauge for VVTLi to initiate. Check the coolant temperature sensor and all wires leading too and from it. Actually... Did you remove the VVL solenoids from the head when you ...

There's a recal on the passenger airbag deployment system, it's likely faulting and that is what is giving you the flashing seatbelt light. But that wouldn't limit your power... I'm leaning towards triz's diagnosis of a clogged cat. Or any form of obstruction in the breathing system. Are you certain...

Is this an aftermarket head gasket that reduces or increases compression by any chance? Are you sure the head gasket was installed facing the correct direction? Drops your car more and has a greater spring rate. Designed and manufactured by KW. From my touring car experience, I'd trust KW far more than Eibach.

UPDATE

Started the final version in CAD of several components. I'll be doing some fluid flow on some ideas I've had for the internal shape of the plenum. More to come :)

The SC will Hurt your MPGs. It draws power off the engine. A Turbo may help a bit. But ether on of these will will hurt the MPGs if you run in Boost all the time. This should answer most of your questions. And I think they will offer the new AEM EMS-4 with it also. When I had a TRD SC on mine the MPGs suffered slightly maybe 1 MPGs driving it nice.
