I have had 5 calls in the past hour about it. I love this car. It was a great car but I've got 3 other vehicles now and one has become a project car which is easier and cheaper to get parts for. I bought my vibe brand new and it served it's purpose. Now it will make someone else happy once the trans...

Rim was fine but there was no saving that tire. You should have heard it when it popped. It sounded like a shot gun going off. Scared the h e ll out of me, the wife and the poor older couple next to us. Oh well.... It's only money right?
I've got some pics but I have to get them off my phone. I'll post them soon. By the way... Guess who got a flat tire last night in Yorkville. This guy. Hit a pot hole and blew the whole side of the tire out. Took me 20 minutes to change it because I had to disconnect my system to get to the ti...
There is a print shop down the street from me that sells rolls of it pretty cheap. I looked into doing my roof rack, wings, side mirrors and maybe a set of vent shades but I just haven't had time. I've got a few other projects going on right now and I've decided to not do anything until next spring....
Yeah I looked into it and they would only warranty for 2 years and it costs almost $3,000.00 to do it. At that price I could have a buddy repaint it for me.
In both automakers defense unscrupulous people was one of the reasons for the switch to digital odometers to try to cut down on fraud, For the odo reading to only 299,999 miles or km, maybe both companies felt that this was a hint it was time for a new car. New cars are what keep automakers in busi...
You're supposed t wash the filter, let it dry fully, re-oil then let that set...I'm not sure how a shop could get that all done uneven a day....sounds sketchy[/quote] Something very similar happened to me one day with my truck. I needed an oil change and went to a Walmart and the guy (while I was in...
How is that sticking in those tight corners? THAT LOOKS AWESOME! I had an idea a while back and posted it on here about wrapping the entire car in it. Would cost a ton though.
Depends on how you drive. I drive like I stole it so I went with 18's and low profile tires for the summer and factory wheels and good snow tires for the winter.
It's been 2 years since someone posted on this but... I LOVE THAT LOOK! I was going for something very similar when we bought our 04' with the wings and oem body kit. This car looks very sharp and clean. I give this vibe a 9! I especially love that (where ever you live in the U.S. now) you d...
Welcome!! I would have loved to have my Vibe as my first car! Little bid of mods, little wax here, little there.... Nicest looking car in the parking lot!
As far as the clicking- I'm sure you have found that post on here. Helped me to. Just did mine and I can tell you that it took a bit longer then I thought but needed to be done. My wife thought one day that some animal had gotten into the car when she heard the clicking. If you don't have time...
Sorry it took so long to get back to everyone. Things have been very busy lately. :( This meet sounds fun! I will be there but please don't look to close to my vibe. I've been using it for work. I will clean it up but the front lower ground effects are still busted. I'm embarrased to even show...
Ok.... Saw you talking on Facebook and now I've seen why you have a roll cage. I'm definitely going to follow this page! Your a rally racer and I love what you have done! What motor mods have you done?
